Francolini’s Is Opening In Uptown

Y’all know how much we love new food spots in New Orleans. That’s why we can’t wait for Francolini’s, a place that serves Italian subs and sandwiches, to open up shop in the Crescent City.

You may already be familiar with Francolini’s as its been operating in other spaces, but now the time has come for those subs to have a permanent home!

What’s On Francolini’s Menu?

As of now, Francolini’s offers three types of sub sandwiches all served on 7-inch house Italian sub roll from Ayu Bakehouse, according to its website.

  • The Italian, which features prosciutto cotto, mortadella and genoa salami, among other things.
  • The Gallo, which has chicken cutlet, burrata, Italian salsa and more.
  • The Nay, which includes prosciutto di parma, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers and more.

When Is Francolini’s Opening In Uptown?

Francolini’s is slated to open in Uptown in March 2023, according to Nola.com. As of now, it’s been operating as a pop-up at The Rabbit’s Foot and Saturday Parm.
